### Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP QA Testing resource to support end-to-end quality assurance testing across a general SAP environment with a primary focus on **SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)**. The resource will work within a **classic SAP ECC** landscape and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple module teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and system integrity.

### Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute **end-to-end QA test scenarios** across SAP ECC, with emphasis on FICO processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, etc.)
• Develop and maintain **test plans, test cases, and test scripts** aligned with business requirements and functional specifications
• Perform **cross-functional/integration testing** across related modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) to validate upstream and downstream impacts on FICO
• Execute **SIT (System Integration Testing)** and **UAT (User Acceptance Testing)** cycles
• Identify, document, and track **defects** through resolution; collaborate with functional and technical teams on root cause analysis
• Validate **data migration, configuration changes, and transports** in QA environments
• Provide **test status reporting** and communicate risks/issues to project stakeholders
• Support **regression testing** for patches, enhancements, or system changes

### Required Qualifications

• **5+ years** of hands-on experience in SAP QA/testing roles
• Strong functional knowledge of **SAP FICO** (FI and/or CO)
• Experience working in **SAP ECC** environments
• Proven track record of **end-to-end and cross-functional testing** across multiple SAP modules
• Solid understanding of **SAP integration points** (FICO ↔ SD, MM, PP, etc.)
• Experience with **SIT, UAT, regression, and functional testing** methodologies
• Ability to create and execute test plans, test cases, and defect reports independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

### Nice to Have

• Experience with **SAP Solution Manager** or other test management tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, HP ALM/QC, JIRA)
• Exposure to **automated testing** tools in SAP environments
• SAP certification (FICO or related)
• Experience supporting **migration or upgrade projects** (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA readiness)

### Work Arrangement

• Fully remote
• Must be available during **Eastern Time business hours** (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET)
• Contract duration: **~5 months** (Aug 10 – Dec 31, 2025)
