About the Role

We're hiring an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of an Oracle Cloud Financials and EPM implementation for a Toronto-based client. You'll own the functional architecture, translate business requirements into Fusion configurations, and partner closely with the program/project manager and client stakeholders to deliver a successful go-live.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end solution design for Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and EPM Cloud (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS) Translate business requirements into Fusion functional design documents and configuration workbooks Run design workshops with finance, accounting, and FP&A stakeholders Define integration patterns between Fusion ERP and EPM, and with upstream/downstream systems Lead data migration strategy, chart of accounts design, and reporting architecture Guide functional consultants and review configurations for quality and best practice alignment Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and cutover planning What You Bring

3+ years as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, or Functional Lead on Oracle Fusion implementations Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR mandatory; Revenue Management, Tax, FAH a plus) EPM Cloud experience — FCCS and/or EPBCS preferred; Hyperion background (HFM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase) is a strong asset At least one full-cycle Fusion implementation from design through go-live Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field Eligible to work in Canada Nice to Have

Oracle Cloud certifications (Financials, EPM) CPA, CMA, or CA designation Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) or FBDI/ADFdi data loads Industry experience in [financial services / public sector / manufacturing — match to client] Experience:

Oracle Fusion: 3 years (required) Oracle EBS: 3 years (preferred) Oracle Cloud Financials: 3 years (preferred) EPM Cloud: 3 years (preferred) FCCS and/or EPBCS : 3 years (preferred) Hyperion background (HFM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase): 1 year (preferred) At least one full-cycle Fusion implementation: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greater Toronto Area, ON
