Senior Test Lead – Telecom Transformation

About the Opportunity Evolvic is seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead to support a large-scale telecom transformation initiative. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple customer and operational channels while ensuring quality, data integrity, and alignment with business objectives. The role involves defining test strategy, coordinating stakeholders, and overseeing execution across complex integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage overall testing strategy and test plans. Lead end-to-end testing across customer and operational channels. Coordinate testing activities with business and technical stakeholders. Oversee test data preparation and validation activities. Manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution processes. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the delivery lifecycle. Support validation of business reporting and data integrity initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Significant experience in a Test Lead or QA leadership role. Experience in telecommunications, BSS, or similarly complex enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of test planning, test strategy, and end-to-end testing methodologies. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with test automation initiatives. Familiarity with API and UI testing frameworks. Understanding of CI/CD practices. Experience with data validation and reporting validation.
